  Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for Early Years students.

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's emotional, social, and cognitive development.

  • Implement creative teaching strategies such as play-based learning, storytelling, and hands-on activities.

  • Monitor and assess student progress and maintain accurate records of development and learning outcomes.

  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress and well-being.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings, training sessions, and school events.
